Over-the-Rhine Housing Network responded with innovative plans to empower residents and have saved 45 historic buildings. In 2017 they partnered with ArtWorks and @StrategiesToEndHomelessness and Iranian-born ICY and SOT were asked to raise awareness of Cincinnati’s housing and homelessness issues.
