Glow does not paint a picture of wind, but the feeling of moving with it, in bold colours, soft gradients and sweeping shapes. Within MURAL CITY – Beauty of Science, Glow’s work turns the gaze to the energy sciences. Energy is never only technical: it moves between wind and current, between laboratory and landscape, and it shapes how a society lives. In Bremen, where the wind comes from the sea, research explores how this invisible motion becomes reliable power, from the smallest scale to the horizon. MURAL CITY is a project by URVANGARDE e. V., a non-profit association.Lucky Walls is responsible for concept, organisation and production on behalf of the association.__________Diese Arbeit entstand im Rahmen von MURAL CITY 2026 in Bremen, unter dem Motto „Beauty of Science\". Elf Artists gestalteten elf Fassaden, jede mit einer Verbindung zu einem Forschungsfeld aus der Stadt.Das Wandbild „THERMICS“ macht Energie in dem Moment sichtbar, in dem sie sich bewegt. Als Säule aus fließenden Farben, von kühl nach warm, steigt es auf wie die Thermik, die warme Luft, die vom Boden aufsteigt. So wird sichtbar, wie aus Wärme Kraft und aus Kraft Form wird. Glow malt kein Abbild des Windes, sondern das Gefühl, sich mit ihm zu bewegen, in kräftigen Farben, weichen Verläufen und schwungvollen Formen. Beim MURAL CITY – Beauty of Science lenkt Glows Arbeit den Blick auf die Energiewissenschaften. Energie ist nie nur Technik: Sie bewegt sich zwischen Wind und Strom, zwischen Labor und Landschaft, und sie prägt, wie eine Gesellschaft lebt. In Bremen, wo der Wind vom Meer kommt, wird erforscht, wie aus dieser unsichtbaren Bewegung tragfähige Kraft wird, vom Kleinsten bis zum Horizont.
