Organized by the city in collaboration with the Graphik Art association since 2021, it transforms public spaces into an open-air gallery through live mural painting, exhibitions, workshops, and artist talks – all free and open to everyone.Beyond the art, Minifest is a social and cultural initiative that aims to unite generations, encourage creative expression, and reconnect locals with their urban environment.
