Created out of mosaic tiles on the front on the Royal Alexandra Hospital Children’s pavilion in 1960’s.Alexander was a Hungarian Count who flex Austria after being a German Prisoner in World War 2. He eventually landed in Toronto and started doing mosaic works for churches.The Royal Alex’ Hospital commissioned him to do a mosaic mural of classic storybook characters for the Children’s Pavillion they were constructing. Outside shows murals from classic stories such as The Pied Piper, mother goose, King Midas, Humpty Dumpy.
