Hierbij stemmen projectoren beelden precies af op de vorm van 3D-objecten, zoals gebouwen of andere constructies, waardoor die lijken te bewegen of te veranderen.Deejoohcee was op hetzelfde moment bezig met het muziekproject Orchid Phantom: een samenwerking tussen hemzelf en Mdot Season (als mc ook bekend als Omega Red). Orchid Phantom startte 2 jaar geleden, nadat ze samen een mural schilderden in New York.DJ Jack (Jack Vanaudenhove, lid van de Belgische dj-crew The Mixfitz, actief bij De Strooperij in Diest en inmiddels ook deel van de vaste line up van Orchid Phantom) werd vervolgens ook bij het project betrokken.Op deze manier ontstond een unieke samenwerking tussen 4 artiesten:Deejoohcee: ontwerp, beats, productie en uitvoering van de muurschilderingMdot Season a.k.a. Omega red: ontwerp en lyricsDJ Jack: scratchesJaak De Digitale: projecties en creatie van de muziekvideoDeejoohcee bracht zijn mural in de nacht van woensdag 8 op donderdag 9 juli 2026 aan onder de kanaalbrug in Bocholt. Jaak De Digitale stelde zich vervolgens aan de overkant van het kanaal op met drie immense beamers en een laptop om zo vanop afstand kleuren, animaties en effecten op de muurschildering te projecteren. Op deze manier ontstond hun interactieve mix van street art en digitale kunst en werd de muziekclip voor het nummer 'Twin Daggers' opgenomen.De titel 'Twin Daggers' komt uit de lyrics van het nummer. Hij verwijst naar de gelijkenissen en de samenwerking tussen Deejoohcee en Mdot Season.Fotograaf Lizzy Gaspar werd uitgenodigd om alles op beeld vast te leggen tijdens de interventie. Dit resulteerde in een reeks foto’s die werden voorgesteld tijdens een simultane releaseparty in Hasselt en New York. Street Art Cities kreeg toestemming van de artiest en de fotograaf om deze foto's te gebruiken.Je kan de muziekvideo 'Twin Daggers' van Orchid Phantom hier bekijken. Deejoohcee and Jaak De Digitale had previously worked together on the ‘Moral Decay’ video bombing project in Hasselt.This project in Bocholt began after Jaak De Digitale contacted Deejoohcee to collaborate and bring graffiti to life through video mapping. In this process, projectors precisely align images with the shape of 3D objects, such as buildings or other structures, making them appear to move or change.At the same time, Deejoohcee was working on the music project Orchid Phantom: a collaboration between himself and Mdot Season (also known as Omega Red as an MC). Orchid Phantom began two years ago, after they painted a mural together in New York.DJ Jack (Jack Vanaudenhove, a member of the Belgian DJ crew The Mixfitz, active at De Strooperij in Diest and now also part of Orchid Phantom’s regular line-up) was subsequently brought on board for the project.This gave rise to a unique collaboration between four artists:Deejoohcee: design, beats, production and execution of the muralMdot Season a.k.a. Omega Red: design and lyricsDJ Jack: scratchesJaak de Digitale: projections and creation of the music videoDeejoohcee created his mural on the night of Wednesday 8 to Thursday 9 July 2026, beneath the canal bridge in Bocholt. Jaak De Digitale then set himself up on the opposite side of the canal with three huge projectors and a laptop to project colours, animations and effects onto the mural from a distance. This is how their interactive blend of street art and digital art came about, and the music video for the track 'Twin Daggers' was filmed.The title ‘Twin Daggers’ comes from the song’s lyrics. It refers to the similarities and collaboration between Deejoohcee and Mdot Season.Photographer Lizzy Gaspar was invited to capture the whole event on camera during the intervention. This resulted in a series of photographs that were presented at a simultaneous release party in Hasselt and New York.
