These dances are an expression of character; it was this common thread—and a wall in the Côtes-d'Armor—that inspired this piece. The Jamaican Kumina dancers depicted here mirror traditional Breton dances like the Kas a-barzh or the Gavotte Glazik, ... creating a sense of cultural exchange."</description>
