Voor de werking in Gent werden jonge, lokale kunstenaars (16-30 jaar) door een jury geselecteerd en kregen zo de kans hun talenten te tonen.Felipe (Cigarra entinta) is een jonge artiest uit Colombia die een tijdlang woont en studeert in Gent. Hij maakte de 25e mural op deze plek. De titel komt uit het gedicht 'The Tiger' van William Blake en verwijst naar de grote liefde van Cigarra voor dansen.Een project van Graffiti vzw, ondersteund door Le M.U.R. en Stad Gent.M.U.R. stands for "Modulable Urbain Réactif" in French.
