Untitled by Gabriel Wystub

The building at 11 Ustronie Street / the corner of Rychtalska Street was built as a residence for the workers of Carl Trippel’s locksmith workshop. The southern façade of the building features one of the most interesting and rare surviving mosaics from pre-war Wrocław. The mosaic, depicting two blacksmiths working at an anvil, was commissioned by Carl Trippel in 1939. The artist chosen for the project was Gabriel Wystub.
