Untitled by Mandy King, Carol Ruff

Painted on Dutton Lane adjacent to the Freedom Plaza, this artwork shows a fantastic feast of Asian cuisine. Four dishes: fresh rice paper rolls, sweet and sour soup, steamboat and the durian are detailed on the rightCovered by The Sydney Morning Herald in June 1998, this artwork commemorated Cabramatta as a "Flavour feast to be had in city's own melting pot." What looks like an inconspicuous billboard is a public selection of recipes and a painting of three chefs. Commissioned by Fairfield City Council.
