Owls by Margriet Snaterse

In 2017, Margriet Snaterse painted a mural depicting the sea and seashells. Since the mural had been defaced by graffiti, the new owners of the wall asked the artist to paint something else—hence the family of owls in the trees. This was done, of course, with the consent of the local residents. The mural is located on the pedestrian section of Daguerrestraat between Beeklaan and Edinsonstraat.
