Biała Piska - "Independent" by Mark Maksimovich, Jarosław Ptak, Wow Wall Studio

One of the walls of the Municipal-Community Cultural Center building in Biała Piska has gained a new look! It took just 10 days for it to come alive thanks to a mural commemorating the regaining of independence. Its creators are Mark Maksimovich and Jarosław Ptak, the same duo who previously created the mural in Komorów. Pure white, blood-red, three towers, and a trumpeter on horseback are symbols that will accompany the residents of Biała Piska every day. If you haven't seen this work yet, we invite you to take a walk to the cultural center. We also encourage you to watch a short film showing the process of its creation. The mural on the M-GOK wall is one of the activities within the project "Homeland - Free and Independent Poland," for which we received funding from the "Niepodległa" Grant Program. The next one we invite you to is the Crane and Uhlan Song Festival, which will take place on August 22nd.
