Sager Place by Nick Fintan

Selected as part of the 2019/20 Street Art project, this artwork was designed in consultation with local residents and businesses. Several elements are included in this artwork, including a ballet dancer, referring to Peggy Sager, the namesake of Sager Place. Other elements include a Jacaranda blossom, a rainbow lorikeet, and a semi-circle design that references the dress circle design of the East Ryde street layout. The garden retaining wall was completed later in October 4, 2020 after the wet winter season.
