The artwork consists of a stone bust and a number of animals. The bust is of Jean de la Fontaine, known for his fables and mythical creatures. Het kunstwerk bestaat uit een stenen borstbeeld en een aantal dieren. Het borstbeeld is van Jean de la Fontaine die bekend staat om zijn fabels en fabeldieren.
