Goldcrown simply used the shape of a heart to test the pressure and spray pattern of his spray cans. In February 2015, he was commissioned to paint a wall in New York. As it was almost Valentine’s Day, he decided to fill the wall with these layered, colourful hearts. He added the hashtag #lovewall.
