Alley-Oop More Awesome Now by HCMA Architecture

The project, located in the alley south of Hastings Street between Granville and Seymour streets, grew from the Re-Imagine Downtown Vancouver consultation in 2015. The idea of More Awesome Now is to take existing, under-utilized downtown laneways and reshape them into engaging public spaces accessible by everyone. This alley is painted pink and yellow and features basketball hoops and a foosball court.
