Untitled by Tom de Meer

The small alley between lunch and dinner café Het Elfde Gebod and the cocktail bar GIN FIZZ was in a state of disrepair and in need of an overhaul. In 2007, Tom de Meer was commissioned by Het Elfde Gebod to build a bridge between the two cafes. The mural is in the style of a stained glass church window and is a nod to the atmosphere of the café Het Elfde Gebod, which is full of crucifixes and other church-related objects that have been collected and purchased over the years by the many guests.
