Het werk laat zien hoe illustratie onderdeel kan worden van de openbare ruimte.Kid KURA creëert surrealistische werelden, personages en situaties die rechtstreeks uit zijn eigen fantasiewereld lijken te komen. Hij studeerde af aan de Willem de Kooning Academie in de studierichting Illustratie, maar voltooide daarnaast ook een opleiding Grafisch Ontwerp in Eindhoven. Hierdoor heeft hij een unieke stijl kunnen ontwikkelen die is gebaseerd op illustratie en grafisch ontwerp. Dankzij deze combinatie weet hij een bijzondere ervaring te creëren in de projecten die hij voor zijn opdrachtgevers uitvoert.Kid KURA is een beeldmaker die zich voornamelijk richt op muurschilderingen, branding, redactionele opdrachten en evenementen.
