Agave by Angelo Crazyone

After learning of Acquedolci's connection to water, Angelo Crazyone imagined a new mythology. This is how the face of Agave, a water nymph, came to life. Her gaze preserves the profound connection between our land, the sea, and our water springs. The work was created from a large plastic stencil made by joining together smaller squares of pre-prepared plastic; the stencil was then hung on the wall.Looking closely, you'll notice that each "pixel" forming the face has a distinctive shape which is coherent with the theme of the work itself.
