The Sweatshop Skakepark

The Sweatshop skatepark is situated in a cul-de-sac running perpendicular to the main avenue, Binckhorstlaan, with the Fokker Terminal car park on the right-hand side; at the far end of this car park is a wall which was covered recently with a mural depicting the ‘Flying Lady’ (the mural no longer exists). The skatepark is located on the other side of this wall.It comprises an outdoor area with a few (unused) skate ramps, and a large hall whose walls are decorated with murals. The outdoor courtyard also houses workshops and containers, separated from the hall. The skatepark is open during specific time slots.
