Tribute to the Rural Fire Service by Les Quick, Brian Stringer

Made up of volunteers from all walks of life, men and woman from different cultural backgrounds, age groups and professions, rural fire brigades are a reflection of the local community. This artwork honours the Wykamp family, who have served as members for over 50 years and continuing the tradition. The artwork features the late Theo Wykamp, in memory of him and the catastrophic fire in December 2001.
