1.0 rich Street Art Cities https://streetartcities.com The 100-metre-long alleyway leading from Heldringstraat to the Patria shelter boat at Hellingat has been transformed into one long mural.Street artist and digital photo editor Rolf de Bakker laid down the foundation: a river against a white background and a poem by the city poet Cedric Muchall. Various residents of Maassluis – pupils from primary and secondary schools, visitors to the community centre and residents of the Patria – then added their own contributions. They were given complete freedom to do so.The wall is intended to convey a sense of ‘connection’ – a place where stories come together.
