Taking Space by Nomad Clan

Created as part of Concrete Canvas Chelmsford 2022Chelmsfords historical relationship with manufacturing the worlds first radio, connecting the globe via the airwaves and giving many a voice. In solidarity with marginalised communities we wanted to represent a gender non-conforming person of colour, something that's not new to our portfolio over the last 8 years. It's dear to us to take space, as a duo formed of a trans person and queer female we understand the value of visibility in a world of under-represented characters in muralism.
