Birds Subway by Mrs Murals

One of five subways painted in Chaddlewood as part of a community project in 2022, working with local organisations Art & Energy, Clean Our Patch and Pollenize. This mural highlights the work of Clean Our Patch whose volunteers carry out neighbourhood litter picks - here, the birds are shown helping out by carrying away rubbish in their beaks. Its centrepiece is a magnifcent kingfisher. The subway goes under Kingston Drive, near the junction with Glen Road.
