Local children and youth groups illustrated various children's rights in workshops, which artist Oliver Mark collaged into final artwork for the utility boxes. This utility box depicts a tall orange apartment house with red roof under a blue sky, featuring happy children looking out of the upper windows. The artwork illustrates children's right to a safe home, housing, and family life.
