Rising several stories high, the artwork bursts with expressive brushstrokes, angular forms, and a palette of greens, yellows, and browns that evoke a dreamlike landscape caught between the organic and the urban. Above, the artist’s name “REAPHE” is subtly inscribed, crowning the mural with quiet pride.In 2023, Reaphe, originally from Tourcoing, won the Talents Hip-Hop competition organized by Leclerc cultural centers. Shortly after, a building owner looking to decorate the rear wall of his property, adjacent to the community space L’Atelier, offered him the opportunity. “It took me a year to bring this project to life,” Reaphe explained. “It’s a work centered on abstraction and nature.
