Duckmobile by Giuseppe D'Asta

Duck Bee Mobile will take flight when you visit the artist's page. The mural was created via Aria a Colori (Colorful Air) - a Toyota and Retake initiative inspired by Toyota’s “Let’s Go Beyond” vision of sustainable, inclusive mobility. The project grew from an automotive competition challenging teams to maximize electric driving with the winning team to chose an urban revitalization project in Bari. This is one mural in a series of murals created by artists in Bari’s Via Emanuele Mola underpass. The murals each envision a city where people, nature and the manmade environment coexist harmoniously. The artists used a special air-purifying paint designed to capture and neutralize pollutants such as NOx. According to the project, 100 square meters of the painted surface has an air-purifying effect comparable to 100 square meters of woodland.
