Artist Joe Tyler created this metal sculpture for Chandler's centennial celebration in 2012. In a statement published by the Chandler Arts Commission, Joe Tyler stated that he hoped his artwork "would make long-time Arizona residents smile and newcomers to our state think a little bit about Arizona history and the industries that built our great state."
