Watching the Tide by Dom Laporte

Our first trip out in eastern Canada in the city of Halifax was an incredible experience. We were invited to paint a mural on Co-Work Halifax for this years edition of the Halifax Mural Festival on Quinpool Rd. The concept revolves around a nautical theme in tribute to the culture of Nova Scotia and proximity to the Atlantic ocean. The lighthouse depicted in the mural is that of Peggy’s Cove, a famous landmark in NS. The right side/additional wall is an extension of the mural and was improvised based on the theme.Dimensions/Medium: Approx. 22 x 65’, Acrylic and Spray Paint (Belton) on BrickClient: Halifax Mural Festival
