1.0 rich Street Art Cities https://streetartcities.com "The Birth of Day" is an artistic installation created in 2018 in the courtyard of a tenement building at 4 Więckowskiego Street in Łódź. It features reproductions of two works by Wojciech Siudmak, _The Birth of Day_ and _Birds in Paradise_, transferred onto 260 ceramic tiles covering a total area of approximately 350 square metres.The project was developed in collaboration with Ceramika Tubądzin as part of the city’s _Mia100 Kamienic_ urban revitalisation programme. The monumental compositions were carefully adapted to the building’s architecture, transforming an ordinary courtyard into an artistic space.The installation brings art into the everyday lives of residents. Its concept evokes new beginnings, positive energy and the discovery of beauty in urban spaces. It is an example of revitalisation that goes beyond architectural renovation, introducing a lasting cultural and artistic element into the city.
