1.0 rich Street Art Cities https://streetartcities.com The Little Drummer Boy is a mural by Belfast street artist Glen Molloy, located at Peter’s Hill, at the entrance to the Shankill Road area in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Featuring a colourful young drummer, the artwork brings a welcoming visual accent to an important entrance to the neighbourhood.Created in August 2023, the mural was part of local initiatives aimed at improving the urban environment and revitalising the area. It was intended to create a more welcoming and positive atmosphere at the gateway to the Shankill.The mural was officially unveiled on 30 August 2023. It replaced earlier murals at the same location, including versions of Original Belfast from 2009 and 2020. The project received support from SAFE Shankill, Alternatives, the Executive Office and Communities in Transition.
