Deze Franse vereniging heeft als doel urban art te promoten en biedt straatkunstenaars in heel Europa de mogelijkheid hun werk tentoon te stellen. Voor de werking in Gent werden jonge, lokale kunstenaars (16-30 jaar) door een jury geselecteerd en kregen zo de kans hun talenten te tonen.Met de 26e muurschildering op deze plek, kon Jah Stoemp voor het eerst de chaos in zijn hoofd op groot formaat aan de wereld tonen.Een project van Graffiti vzw, ondersteund door Le M.U.R. en Stad Gent.M.U.R. stands for "Modulable Urbain Réactif" in French.
